IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION:

These Website Terms of Service govern casual visitors browsing www.tulong.tech (the marketing website only). The Tulong Platform application has separate Terms of Service accessible within the Platform.

These Website Terms of Service ("Website Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tulong marketing website located at www.tulong.tech (the "Website"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and our Website Privacy Policy.

These Website Terms do NOT govern use of the Tulong Platform application or marketplace services. The Platform has separate Terms of Service accessible within the Platform application.

TULONG'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (CAD $500).
